7. Warranty

Handfan Tumbler products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the fan motor and battery under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, including submerging the fan/lid assembly in water.

The Handfan Tumbler is designed for personal beverage storage and personal cooling use. It is not intended for any purpose other than as described in our product listings and instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handfan Tumbler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
