We want you to love your Handfan Tumbler. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products should be unused and in original condition, with all included accessories (charging cable, straw, spare lid, fan cover, carry strap)
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

How to Start a Return
Email us at handfantumbler@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Handfan Tumbler arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at handfantumbler@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Warranty
Every Handfan Tumbler includes a 12-month warranty covering the fan motor and battery against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items returned after 30 days
Products damaged from misuse (e.g., submerging the fan/lid assembly in water)
Items without proof of purchase
